In the meeting of the Joint Cybercrime Investigation Team in the Ministry of Home Affairs, the phone numbers of more than 300 Cyber Criminals of Mewat Region have been shared. Of these, 150 numbers alone have been given by the cyber cell of UP. Soon JCIT of four states will initiate action on these cybercriminals. On Friday, JCIT will hold a meeting in the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding Jamtara. In this, AD Kumar Cyber Cell from UP will participate.
Police officers and cyber experts from Delhi, UP, Haryana and Rajasthan were present in the meeting held in Delhi regarding Mewat region. SP (Cyber Cell) Triveni Singh from UP attended the meeting. During this time, the number of 150 cybercriminal cheats were shared with the people of Mewat region by UP.
These cyber criminals cheat people through Facebook, OLX and QR codes. Officers from Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan have also shared the numbers of several Criminals, who are active in UP. Soon, a campaign will be launched to arrest these criminals.
19 cyber labs will be built in UP
It is proposed to set up 19 cyber labs to clamp down on cyber criminals in the state. A proposal in this regard has been sent by the Cyber Cell Headquarters to the government. A large cyber lab will be built at the headquarters. It will be up to date. Apart from this, a lab will also be made in 18 cyber stations built in the state.
Where database management, forensic tools, data analysis software, data extraction software will be available. Recently, the government has said to sanction Rs 32.80 crore to buy them. Apart from this, the demand for 12 cyber experts has been sent to the government.
