Yogi liked the formula – don’t go on the face, if you want to remove then remove

Yogi got the formula!
What happened in the Union Council of Ministers, the visit of UP ministers has increased in Delhi. The reason for this is being told to be a matter of fear. In the reshuffle of the Union Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister showed no hesitation in dropping all the big names and faces. There were many ministers who, on the basis of their seniority in the party and their proximity to the Prime Minister, had promised to keep the chair of many other ministers safe, but when the list came, it was found that their chair was lost. The formula in the Council of Ministers reshuffle remained – don’t go in the face, if you want to remove, then you have to remove. It has become the ideal formula for chief ministers.

In UP too, the reshuffle has been postponing for a long time. The reason for this was also that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was unable to decide who to keep and whom to remove. There are also many big names and faces, whose performance does not allow them to be retained in the cabinet, but the question was how to remove them? Now after the reshuffle of the Union Council of Ministers, Yogi’s hesitation has gone away.

It is being said that now whenever there will be a reshuffle, many big names and faces will be thrown out of the Council of Ministers. Realizing this, the race of UP ministers to Delhi has intensified. One, he wants to feel in Delhi what he is unable to feel through Lucknow, secondly he is also looking for jugaad, through which his chair can be out of danger.

Owaisi’s trouble

Owaisi is understanding UP as easy as it is not for him. In UP, only the dominant parties claiming Muslim votes have opened a front against them. It has been said from both the SP and BSP that they will not have any alliance with Owaisi’s party. A spokesperson of Owaisi’s party in UP had recently said that if the Samajwadi Party considers itself to be so caring for Muslims, then it should announce that at least the deputy CM will be made a Muslim. In a party meeting recently, the leaders were told that they should ask Owaisi the question from among the Muslim community that Owaisi, who contested the election on the issue of sharing power for Muslims in UP, is participating in the power of Muslims in his state Telangana. Why not talk, when he has always been there with the power.

He also contested the last election in collaboration with TRS. Although he does not have a single minister in the cabinet, nor has Owaisi contested any election there by declaring the chief minister’s face. Will Owaisi contest elections in UP by making someone the face of CM? He has talked about contesting 100 seats in UP. Can a government be formed by contesting 100 seats in a 403-seat state? It will be interesting to see what answer comes from Owaisi’s party on these questions. By the way, his party has contested the UP assembly elections in 2017. It had candidates in 38 seats and out of which 37 had forfeited their deposits.

Who after Yediyurappa?

The removal of BS Yediyurappa from the post of CM is considered almost certain. Instead of being removed, he himself has opted to announce his resignation. Nothing can be said about the date yet, but on July 26, he has called a meeting of the legislature party. Maybe in that he will announce to leave the post. But the biggest question in the party is who should be made the chief minister after Yeddyurappa? Yediyurappa comes from the Lingayat community and this community is very important in the politics of Karnataka. The first opinion was that instead of taking any kind of risk, the next Chief Minister should also be made from the Lingayat community, but now a second opinion is also being formed. It is being said that the party should do the same experiment in Karnataka as it did in Haryana, Maharashtra and Jharkhand.

Haryana is supposed to be a Jat dominated state, but the party chose a non-Jat chief minister here. Similarly in Maharashtra it had bet on the out-of-the-box Brahmin face and in tribal-dominated Jharkhand it was better to rely on the Rajput face rather than giving a tribal chief minister. In view of this, it is being said that in Karnataka also a non-Lingayat leader should be seen as CM. By the way, there is also news that Yediyurappa has also put a condition for leaving the post that the next Chief Minister should be of his choice. It is not yet known what their choice is. It is also not known whether the central leadership accepted his condition or not. Well, not everything is going to be easy in Karnataka. In the coming days, there may be a lot of upheaval there.

‘Raja’ vs ‘Praja’

On one hand Vasundhara Raje is angry with all the leaders of her party in Rajasthan, while on the other hand her younger sister Yashodhara Raje in Madhya Pradesh is also unable to keep herself comfortable in the party. He is a minister in the Shivraj government and reports of his fight with his fellow ministers in several government meetings are doing the rounds in the local media. In the cabinet meeting recently, he got into a tussle with another minister to such an extent that the Chief Minister had to intervene. In the local media, such statements of many BJP leaders have been read, according to which Yashodhara feels that he is the king and other ministers are his subjects. That’s why she does not like to give them equal respect. Another reason is given for his not being comfortable with other ministers. She is very senior in the party and did not get the ministries she was expecting from her seniority. On the other hand, leaders who were considered junior to him were entrusted with important ministries. It is also said that his relationship with the CM is not cordial. But the Scindia gharana in the state has been with the party since the time of the Jana Sangh and the kind of equations that have been created since Jyotiraditya Scindia’s joining the BJP, it is not easy for the CM to open a front against Yashodhara.
